EvolveX is a hands-free, non- invasive total body transforming treatment to tone muscles, tighten skin and treat subcutaneous fat. It is performed as a simple OPD procedure, and has zero downtime.

Ideally, 4-6 sessions are required to get a long-lasting maximal benefit.

The Inmode EvolveX machine has three separate applicators- Tite, Tone and Transform, which are specifically designed to treat specific indications. Tite uses Radiofrequency (RF) energy to tighten the skin and reduce fat, Tone uses Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to tone and tighten the muscles, and Transform combines both treatment modalities.

Each treatment session lasts for 20-30 minutes.

The Evolvex platform can be used for multiple areas of the body, such as Arms, Chest, Abdomen, Flanks, Thighs and Buttocks.

SKIN TIGHTENING– RF energy delivers thermal energy (Heat) to the deeper layers of the skin and fat beneath it, which causes remodelling of the skin’s fascial connective tissues leading to contraction or tightening of these. It can even help smooth Cellulite, and tighten up post pregnancy tummies.

MUSCLE TONING– Electric Muscle Stimulation causes the muscles to contract involuntarily and completely, giving the effect of an intense focused workout of the targeted muscles. This process results in an increased muscle volume and density.

This can even be used for therapeutic indications, such as on the thighs before and/or after Knee Surgery, on the tummy after Pregnancy and Delivery, or those with back and joint problems, and who cannot do exercise due to pain, immobility, etc.

FAT REDUCTION– The combination of RF energy and EMS also causes some subcutaneous fat cells to undergo cell death, or Apoptosis, leading to a reduction of fat in the targeted area.

EvolveX treatment is used primarily for Cosmetic reasons, for tightening skin and improving muscle tone.

It can also be used after pregnancy, to tighten up the tummy muscles and skin. It can be used to treat Divarication (separation) of the Rectus muscles as well.

EMS therapy has extensively been used by physiotherapists for rehabilitation after Knee surgeries, to improve the tone of the thigh muscles, as well as for pain relief.

EvolveX treatment may be beneficial for people who cannot exercise due to knee, hip or back problems, since they can still tone their major muscle groups while lying down.

EvolveX treatment is contraindicated in people with Cardiac rhythm abnormalities, or any implanted electronic devices such as Pacemakers, etc.

It is not indicated in people suffering from epilepsy.

EvolveX treatment is not indicated in Pregnant women.

You will have a Consultation with the Doctor, and your history will be recorded. A treatment plan will be devised specifically for your needs and desires.

There is no physical preparation required before the procedure, though it may be more comfortable for any hair in the treatment areas to be shaved a day before the treatment.

The Tite treatment involves a warm sensation over the treated area, similar to a hot stone massage. Pain during this portion is very unusual and should be addressed with the provider immediately.

The Tone too is not a painful experience. The EMS is started at a low setting and gradually increased till your tolerance permits, and then kept at that level for the remainder of the treatment. It feels like a combination of a mild jolt and a high-speed crunch, and you get used to each level before the intensity is increased to the pulsations.

The Transform Treatment begins with RF, giving a warm sensation over the treatment area, and then the EMS begins, and is slowly increased to your tolerance levels.

All 3 treatments last for upto 30 minutes per session.

You should NOT use cold compress on the treatment areas for 2-3 days.

You should moisturize the treatment areas.

The aim of the treatments are to reduce fat and tighten up the skin, muscles or both in the treatment areas, resulting in a slimmer, tighter, and more defined-looking body.

The procedure will be performed by your doctor, or by a member of his surgical team.

The alternative to EvolveX treatments are dieting, Exercise, or more invasive procedures such as Vaser Lipo, etc.

The main side effects are some redness or swelling to the treated area afterwards, but it usually disappears within a day or two.

You may have residual soreness in the muscles after Tone or Transform Treatments, which disappear in a day or so.
